A community of like-minded individuals in a small setting.

Encouragement to find your voice so you truly feel heard.

We will cheer each other on and work as group to learn yoga poses that best suit our own bodies because every-BODY is different.

Gentle hands on assists to help align your body in the poses safely.

Learn to find your boundaries and test your limits while learning to say NO when you mean NO and YES when you mean YES.

Yoga at Home

    Meditation and mindfulness practices to aid in stress reduction.

Learn breathing techniques that activate the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system to help with pain and stress management.

    Restorative yoga practices with props to softly support the body for relaxation and better sleep.

A Mix of a Hatha and

Vinyasa yoga classes each week. Ending each class with a meditative Savasana.

Learn about the 8 Limbs of Yoga and how they relate to everyday living.

You will learn about the Chakra System and how Eastern and Western traditions meet to balance the energy centers or respectively the nervous system.

Learn about the Three Gunas: Sattva Rajas and Tamas. 

Learn about yoga’s deep roots in India and how it came to the West.

We will leave some time for YOU to Let us know what else you want to learn about.

Classes are held January 21st, February 18th, March 18th, April 15th, and May 13th from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The investment is $500.00 with payment plans available.

It took me too long to finally show up to Saturday morning yoga with Shauna.

 

A lot of it had to do with time, but really it came down to stepping out of my comfort zone. I was afraid, I didn't know what to expect and I didn't want to be embarrassed.

 

I am so happy I finally found time to try it! I never want to miss a week; it is such an important part of my week. 1 hour of peace!

 

Shauna is so helpful and friendly! She is perfect at making every person feel comfortable.

 

Anytime I am unsure if I am doing a move correctly, she will quietly speak out a reminder to the group. Never calling anyone out specifically, but always giving encouragement to go at your own pace for your body!

 

If you haven't tried yoga before this is the perfect place to start. If you have, great, you'll have a beautiful space to practice and an amazing instructor.

I have been privileged to know Shauna, in several different capacities:

1) As my yoga mentor.

2) As a business partner.

3) As my yoga instructor.

Shauna was experiencing one of the darkest moments of her life during most of this. When I asked her how she was able to remain so calm and peaceful, she gave full credit to the yoga she was studying and implementing.

Yoga has become a passion and way of life for Shauna. She knows how to put her students and friends at ease, both on and off the mat.

I know of a young man who prefers to do Yoga with Shauna and will travel the 30-minute distance on a Saturday morning, just so he can practice with her.

He says he not only loves the setting, and the great causes Shauna supports, but her energy.
