Restorative yoga practices with props to softly support the body for relaxation and better sleep.
A Mix of a Hatha and
Vinyasa yoga classes each week. Ending each class with a meditative Savasana.
Learn about the 8 Limbs of Yoga and how they relate to everyday living.
You will learn about the Chakra System and how Eastern and Western traditions meet to balance the energy centers or respectively the nervous system.
Learn about the Three Gunas: Sattva Rajas & Tamas. How They Relate to personality types.
Learn about yoga’s deep roots in India and how it came to the West.
